These terms cover your use of this website only. They are not a licence for the VEXO platform, and they do not create a support entitlement, a service level or a purchase agreement.

Commercial terms for the platform — licensing, support response, and anything else you would pay for — are agreed separately and in writing.

VEXO is in active development. Capabilities described on this site carry an explicit status label: In Development, Upcoming, Roadmap, Enterprise Roadmap or Future.

Anything not marked as available today is a statement of intent, not a commitment. Delivery sequence and scope can change. Do not make a purchasing decision on the basis of a capability that is not available.

No performance figure, availability figure, benchmark or uptime claim is published on this site. Where you have not been given a number, you have not been promised one.

Do not attempt to disrupt this website, extract data from it by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or represent its content as your own.

The VEXO name, the VEXO mark and the content of this site belong to VEXO unless stated otherwise. Third-party technology referenced on this site belongs to its respective owners, and is named descriptively rather than as a claim of endorsement or partnership.
