This is a static marketing website. It does not hold user accounts, does not authenticate anybody and does not contain a customer console. The VEXO management console runs inside a customer's own infrastructure and is not part of this site.

The demo request and contact forms collect the details you type into them: your name, work email, organisation, optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message field.

Those forms are only delivered if a delivery endpoint has been configured for this deployment of the site. If one has not been, the form tells you so explicitly and sends nothing.

Where a form is connected, the details are used to respond to your enquiry. They are not sold, and they are not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.

This site does not run analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to another provider.

The server hosting this site may keep standard web server logs, such as IP address, request path and user agent, for operational and security purposes. That is a property of the hosting environment rather than of this website's code.

You can ask what enquiry data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact route published on the contact page.
